Nha Trang Travel Review – A Perfect Day of Culture, Sea, and Smiles in Vietnam
Day 4 in Nha Trang, Vietnam was one of the most memorable days of our trip—filled with traditional culture, breathtaking views, delicious seafood, and heartfelt moments.
Wearing Traditional Áo Dài & Cultural Photo Experience
We started our morning by renting Áo Dài, the traditional Vietnamese dress, to take photos around the city. The rental price was incredibly affordable—less than 300 THB per outfit for 3 hours, making it perfect for travelers who want an authentic cultural experience without breaking the budget.
Long Son Pagoda – Spiritual Peace with a Panoramic City View
At Long Son Pagoda, we climbed over 100 steps to reach the giant white Buddha statue.
We walked clockwise around the Buddha three times, offered prayers, and made donations to support the temple. Outside, we discovered a Reclining Buddha (Parinirvana) statue, with inscriptions in Thai at its base—marking the 15th day of the 6th lunar month, an important Buddhist day. From the top of the pagoda, the panoramic view of Nha Trang city was absolutely stunning.
Iconic Coastal Architecture & Scenic Photos
After leaving Long Son Pagoda, we continued our photo journey at the Lotus Flower–shaped building by the beach, surrounded by modern high-rise hotels and beautiful coastal scenery. This area perfectly showcases the harmony between modern Nha Trang and its natural seaside charm.
Highly Recommended: Tohe Art & Craft Nha Trang
We returned our Áo Dài right on time at noon. The shop manager was incredibly kind and professional, offering warm service that made us feel truly welcome.

We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

Seafood Paradise – Fresh, Delicious & Affordable
For lunch, we enjoyed another grand seafood feast—and it was outstanding.
Giant lobsters
Fresh blue crabs
Sweet, tender fish
Everything was incredibly fresh, delicious, and surprisingly affordable.
Nha Trang truly is a paradise for seafood lovers.

National Aquarium – Learning to Love the Sea
In the afternoon, we visited the National Aquarium, where we saw colorful fish, turtles, shrimp, and educational marine exhibits.
You could really feel the passion of the people behind this place—they love the ocean and want visitors to protect it too.
We were lucky to watch a diver feeding fish inside the tank, which was fascinating to see.
🎟️ Entrance fee: around 50 THB per person—amazing value for such a meaningful experience.

Evening Vibes: Night Market & Local Food
Later, we stopped by our favorite fruit smoothie shop from Day 1—refreshing and delicious as always.
In the evening, we explored the Nha Trang Night Market, enjoying the lively atmosphere even though we didn’t buy anything.
For dinner, we followed a local driver’s recommendation and had clear fish noodle soup with pork roll and fish balls.
The restaurant was packed with locals—a great sign—and the food was absolutely delicious.

A Sweet Ending to a Beautiful Trip
To end the night, one of our friends secretly bought a beautiful fruit butter cake to celebrate an early birthday.
The cake was delicious, elegant, and the perfect final touch to our unforgettable Nha Trang journey.
Tomorrow, we return to Thailand—but our hearts are full of memories from this beautiful coastal city.
