A CSR Housing Program by Nha Trang Trẻ
New Home – New Hope is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program designed by Nha Trang Trẻ Travel for companies participating in MICE programs combined with charitable and community support activities.
The program focuses on building new houses and repairing homes damaged by natural disasters for low-income households, elderly people living alone, single-parent families, and vulnerable communities across Khanh Hoa Province and the South Central – Central Highlands regions of Vietnam.
One new home – one fresh start – one renewed hope for the community.
Program Objectives
- Build or renovate houses for:
- Poor and near-poor households
- Single-parent families and elderly people living alone
- Families severely affected by storms and floods
- Provide safe, stable housing, helping families rebuild their lives after natural disasters
- Create a long-term CSR collaboration model connecting businesses, local authorities, and communities
Implementation Areas
- Disaster-affected regions in Khanh Hoa Province
- Remote areas in the South Central Coast & Central Highlands, where housing infrastructure remains weak
- Flexible locations based on corporate sponsorship goals and local government proposals

Implementation Process
Step 1 – Household Survey & Selection
- Two-level verification: Local authorities → Fatherland Front or community organizations
Step 2 – Construction Kick-off & Structural Support
- Ensure safety, technical standards, and suitability for coastal and highland climates
Step 3 – Corporate Participation in Completion Works
Depending on CSR budget:
- Roofing installation
- Door fitting
- Wall painting
- Flooring, porch construction, bathroom renovation
Step 4 – Handover Ceremony & Appreciation
- House handover
- Daily essential gifts
- Photography, filming, and beneficiary interviews
- Installation of “CSR Compassion House” signage.
